LATE TO THE PARTY - MARZEN OKTOBERFEST
Malt forward, this copper lager really ramps up the graham cracker and bready sweetness with just enough noble hop character to keep it from getting cloying.

HEFE YOU SEEN MY LEDERHOSEN? - HEFEWEIZEN
Hefeweizens are a style of German wheat beer that historically was the fancy beer of the upper classes. Heavy (60% of the malt bill) doses of wheat give a slight haze and body to this lighter beer and the unique hefe yeast gives a huge note of banana and some more understated aromas of clove.

STACHE STRONG - GRISETTE
As part of an industry-wide fundraiser for brain cancer research and awarenss, we brewed a dry hopped grisette, a light farmhouse style similar to a saison but lighter in body and ABV. Coming in at 3.9% ABV with a final gravity of 1.001 (water is 1.000) this is a perfect hot weather quencher. It's got a delicate hop presence that brings some lemon lime character that matches really well with the saison spice.

MADDIE BO - AMERICAN LAGER
This is the original Pab…wait, no it’s not! This is Maddie Bo, our brewer’s interpretation of a classic, light American lager! “Nature’s choicest ingredients” make it the perfect easy-drinking, anytime beer. Light bodied and pouring pale gold, aromas of fresh bread and cracker are sure to please. A subtle, bready sweetness with just enough hop character to balance, invites another sip.

NEVER STOP IN THE CIRCLE - NEW ENGLAND IPA
Our staple hazy New England IPA! Never Stop in the Circle features heavy late additions of Mosaic, Motueka, and Rakau hops for a full-bodied, juicy beer bursting with flavors of fried orchard fruit, ripe berries and zingy citrus on the nose and palate. Finishes unbelievably smooth with little bitterness.

P SPICE AND EVERYTHING NICE - PUMPKIN ALE

BUCKET LISTER - NEW ZEALAND PILSNER
This NZ Pils grew up from the pilot batch we did last year who’s return was highly requested. Packed to the gills with sweet, sweet Southern Hemisphere hops (Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade), this pils brings out some serious lemon-lime and tropical fruit notes. A touch of wheat in the malt bill gives it a soft body and a slight haze and some heavy early doses of hops give it a pleasant bitterness to balance the fruity notes.

REVOLUTIONARY ROAR - KELLERBIER
“Kellerbier” is German for “cellar beer,” referring to its cool, lagering temperatures. Its recipe dates to the Middle Ages. We used Hull Melon and Mandarina Bavaria hops in the brew, yielding notes of melon and tangerine. Light and refreshing, the perfect summer Keller, cheers!

COUNT THE TE$LAS - KÖLSCH
Crisp, clean and balancing some slight biscuity malt character with a noble hop bite. Light bodied, crushable and best consumed by the liter, Count the Te$las really completes our Oktoberfest lineup.

DAS GOOD! - ALTBIER
“Altbier” is be German for “old beer'.” Das Good! is a darker crusher enjoyed anywhere and anytime. Aromas of sweet bready malts and pretzels rods followed by tastes of light caramel and pretzel with medium-light body. Finished semi dry with some hop presence.

PLAYIN’ HOOKY - WEST COAST SESSION IPA
Brewed with Classic American IPA hops: Cascade, Centennial, Citra, and Chinook, Eric wanted to make something more on the piney and dank side that showcases other hop characteristics than the citrus forward and juicy beers trending right now. A lower ABV IPA crusher without sacrificing the flavors and finishes we love about IPAs.

THIRST AND GOAL - MUNICH DUNKEL
This dark lager (dunkel is German for Dark, so it's a very creatively named style) hits beautifully for these early fall evenings when it's just starting to get cool and crisp. Malt forward with notes of fresh baked bread and a little bit of light roast coffee

AFRAID OF THE DARK - BLACK IPA
Citra and Mosaic hops provide a punch of citrus and berries and Midnight Wheat gives a great dark color without a ton of roast!

MOTLEY BRUE - NEW ENGLAND IPA
our rotating New England IPA featuring loads of Southern Hemisphere hops, bursting with notes of tropical fruit and grapefruit pith. We hit this one heavy in the whirlpool with NZ Cascade, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin and then in the dry hop with even more NZ Cascade and some Motueka. The end result is an extremely juicy hop bomb
